She is warning about having too much passion in the beginning of a pursuit. Her passion for caring is no different than a writer, scientist or businessman needs to pursue their craft. We need to balance our passion and not be overly excited or impatient to succeed. There will inevitably be some long and difficult days to be faced and for those times we will need stamina to continue our efforts to pursue our passion.
